John J. O’Connor

Mr. O’Connor served as Vice Chairman Services for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, the U.S. member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers, the world’s largest professional services firm. In this role he was responsible for the firm’s three lines of service; Assurance, Tax and Advisory, which have combined revenue of approximately $7 billion and employed approximately 28,000 professionals and support staff. During his tenure at PWC Mr. O’Connor served a number of the firm’s leading clients in New England, including Raytheon, Serono Labs, Genetics Institute, and several emerging technology companies, as well as several leading venture capital and private equity firms.

Mr. O’Connor serves on the board of Aspect Medical Systems, Chair of the Audit Committee, Open Pages, Inc., mTuitive, Inc., Chairman, and Segue Manufacturing Services LLC, an AXIA portfolio company. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Suffolk University. He is a member of the National Board of Directors of the American Ireland Fund. Mr. O’Connor is a graduate of Suffolk University and the Executive MBA program at the Tuck School.
